The reality star shares a behind-the-scenes TikTok video as she prepped for the show
Kylie Jenner is back to slaying.
A week after the reality star said she was taking a “break from slaying,” she was spotted attending Prada’s Spring/Summer 2024 women’s collection Milan Fashion Week show Thursday in a mini skirt made entirely of large crystals strung together.
In a behind-the-scenes video on her TikTok account which Jenner called “Prada dayyyyy,” the beauty mogul shared all the steps she took to get ready.
“Let’s get into the glam,” the Kylie Cosmetics mogul, 26, said as she tilted her head toward the camera to show her glowy makeup. “This is the beautiful skirt. The crystal skirt that I’m wearing today.”
The camera then panned next to her accessories: several pairs of classic pointy-toed black pumps with kitten-like heels in addition to more than seven pairs of sunglasses.
“And then we are deciding between white or black dress under the skirt,” she continued, referring to the long-sleeved one-piece, stretchy dresses hanging from a rack which will be the foundation for the crystal skirt. “I really love both,” she said. “I think I might take pictures in the white.”
She styled her hair in a loose, sultry updo. Following her final makeup touches, her team offered up a platter of croissants and fresh fruit.
Jenner ended up wearing the black dress under the sparkly mini skirt and swooshed her hips a little bit in front of the camera to show how the skirt swayed.
“We’re heeree!” she said as her car pulled in front of the show's venue at the Deposito of the Fondazione.
“Last minute touch-ups,” she said, as her makeup artist brushed a little powder on her cheekbones.
“A little Glow Balm,” he said, referring to the blush in Jenner’s makeup line. The mom of two spotted Spanish singer Rosalia in the crowd and the two posed together for a photo. “I love you,” Jenner told her.
As the models walked down the runway in the sleek structured dresses and menswear-inspired looks designed by Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons, viewers could hear a voice (presumably Jenner’s) say, “Stunning.”
Other stars in attendance at the show – many wearing sleek little black Prada dresses and carrying small black purses punctuated with the designer’s famous triangle-shaped logo trimmed in gold – included award-winning writer and youngest inaugural poet in the U.S., Amanda Gorman, and actresses Emma Watson and Scarlett Johansson.
