Korean Zombie Returns to Headline UFC Super Bowl Weekend Event

Following his mandatory military service in his home country of South Korea, Chan Sung Jung (aka The Korean Zombie) is returning to the Octagon to headline UFC Fight Night 104 on Super Bowl Weekend.

UFC officials on Saturday night announced that Jung would headline the UFC's Feb. 4 event in Houston. He will square off with No. 8 ranked featherweight Dennis Bermudez.

Jung hasn't fought since failing to take the featherweight championship from Jose Aldo on Aug. 3, 2013. Following that fight, he committed to fulfilling his country's military service requirement.

Bermudez has fought seven times during that span, going 5-2 in the Octagon while Jung has been out of action.

Joining them on the card in Houston are a host of other bouts, which were also announced on Saturday night.

The UFC Houston co-main event features Mexican phenom Alexa Grasso going against strawweight veteran Felice Herrig.

In preliminary action, heavyweight prospects Curtis Blaydes and Adam Milstead collide, lightweight prospects Johnny Case and James Vick meet in an intriguing 155-pound bout, and featherweights Chris Gruetzemacher and Chas Skelly face off.
