Kelly Ripa, Mark Consuelos reveal they witnessed a celebrity flip out on hotel staff: 'She was not happy'

"This celebrity asked to speak to the manager," Ripa said while sipping from her mug on "Live With Kelly and Mark."

Kelly Ripa sipped from her mug as she spilled some juicy celebrity tea on Live With Kelly and Mark.

The talk show host and her husband, Mark Consuelos, hilariously revealed during their opening remarks on Tuesday's episode that they once witnessed an epic celebrity meltdown while on vacation.

"Mark and I were at a hotel with the kids. I'm not going to name the name, but there was a celebrity here, and this celebrity was on their honeymoon. This celebrity asked to speak to the manager," Ripa said while raising her mug to her mouth. "She was not happy," Consuelos added.

"Basically, this person said that because the room was not up to standard, which, by the way, the rooms were gorgeous, but something happened, and this person said that it ruined her entire honeymoon," Ripa continued. "I was like, she's not going to enjoy being married."

Consuelos then joked, "Or, better yet, he's not going to enjoy being married, because that's a rough one."

EW has reached out to a Live representative for more information.

Since Consuelos permanently joined the Live team in 2023, the couple have regularly let their lips loose at the top of the show, with Ripa calling out "ingrate" children who complained about her Halloween candy as well as hitting back at neighbors who once filed a noise complaint against them in 1999.
