Keith McInnis Commits To Minnesota-Duluth

Brooks Bandits defenseman Keith McInnis has committed to the University of Minnesota-Duluth, it was announced Tuesday.

Hailing from Red Deer, Alta., McInnis is in his second season with the Bandits where he has collected one goal and four points through 12 games.

Prior to joining Brooks halfway through the 2023-24 season, McInnis spent time with the USHL's Waterloo Black Hawks, putting up four points in 33 games over parts of two seasons.

A skilled puck moving defender who is more than capable of handling his own in the defensive zone, McInnis' game has grown tremendously over the past couple of seasons and he should be able to make an impact when he steps into the NCAA.
