Judging by merchandise sales, Cowboys are still America's Team

The Cowboys have not only the top player, injured receiver Dez Bryant, but in total saw four players in the top 11: after Bryant, quarterback Tony Romo, who has yet to play a snap this season, is No. 6, tight end Jason Witten is No. 10, and rookie running back Ezekiel Elliott is No. 11.

The rankings encompass merchandise purchases made between June 1-August 31 of officially-licensed items from over 80 companies.

Earlier this year, Bryant became the first non-quarterback to reach the top of the list, when he passed the New England Patriots’ Tom Brady. Brady is No. 2 in this most recent ranking, and his teammate Rob Gronkowski is No. 7.
