Jude Bellingham ruled out of action with foot issue

Jude Bellingham will be out for around one month after suffering from a plantar fasciitis injury, according to The Athletic.

The Real Madrid superstar will not feature for the club until after the international break, the report suggests.

Bellingham played a lot of football over the summer, starring in Real Madrid’s Champions League final win and featuring for England right through to the EURO 2024 final.

The midfielder played 88 minutes in Madrid’s disappointing 1-1 draw with Real Mallorca on the opening day of the season.

Real Madrid have also confirmed the injury in a statement, adding that the problem is with his right foot.
