João Félix shows Simeone why he might have an Atleti future after all 👀

João Félix’s future at Atlético de Madrid has been up in the air this summer and he’s making things hard for Diego Simeone.

Atleti face Juventus on Sunday, and after a goalless first half, they needed some Portuguese firepower off the bench.

Félix entered the pitch in the second half before breaking the deadlock with a long-range blast just moments after coming on.

It’s his second pre-season goal, tied for the most within the squad alongside Ángel Correa.

With Conor Gallagher and Julián Álvarez set to join the La Liga side soon, squad congestion could become a real issue.

Félix has been linked with a move to Aston Villa, but given his current form, maybe Simeone will keep him after all.
