Jersey Fouls of the Week: Jesse Pool Party; Nicklas Backstorm
In hockey, name misspellings can sometimes happen. There are just so many players with tough last names, that a mistake isn’t out of the ordinary.
If such a typo is on the back of a jersey, it suddenly becomes a major foul, and an expensive one at that. We saw quite a few issues where fans struggled to spell players’ last names correctly.
In the above foul, his last name is Backstrom, not Backstorm. Thanks to cdmbearcats for posting that jersey.
