  • Amazon founder Jeff Bezos has had a "glo-up" in recent years since stepping back from the company.

  • He went from eating a tin of biscuits for breakfast every morning to putting in hours in the gym.

  • His fiancée Lauren Sanchez recently showed off Bezos's toned physique in a pic she posted.

Jeff Bezos was a pretty scrawny guy when he founded Amazon in 1994. Fast forward almost 30 years, though, and the billionaire is jacked-up.

His new fiance, Lauren Sanchez, posted a shirtless picture of Bezos climbing the ladder of his $500 million megayacht to her Instagram account on Monday.

"Is it just me, or is it hot outside? ☀️❤️☀️" Sanchez wrote in the caption of the picture.

Bezos looks pretty fit, sporting toned abs, and a pair of palm-tree printed swimming trunks.

It's clear that his body and lifestyle have undergone a big overhaul in recent years. Earlier this year, Sanchez revealed one of her fiance's fitness secrets to the Wall Street Journal. She said that Bezos "stole" her personal trainer, Wes Okerson, who has also trained celebrities like Tom Cruise and Gerard Butler.

"Jeff is extremely dedicated to his workouts. I mean, you have no idea. He really puts in the work," Sanchez added.

Bezos, meanwhile, has previously made light of his workout regimen, saying he'd "been working hard on my ass" in response to a now-deleted tweet from a Twitter user.

Over the years, Bezos has modified his diet considerably, too.

At a conference in 2017, the former Amazon CEO admitted he used to eat a whole packet of Pillsbury biscuits for breakfast every morning — with butter.

He kicked the habit when Bezos's then-wife MacKenzie Scott encouraged him to read up on the ingredients. "Honestly, that wasn't even a concept for me. That there was something in food," Bezos said. "I had never read a nutrition label in my life; I ate what tasted good to me."

He still indulges, though. Sanchez also told the Journal he makes pancakes every Sunday morning.

"He gets the Betty Crocker cookbook out every time, and I'm like, 'OK, you're the smartest man in the world; why don't you have this memorized yet?'" Sanchez said.

Bezos also prioritizes getting a good night's rest. In 2018, he said, "Eight hours of sleep makes a big difference for me. I think better, I have more energy, my mood is better."

Beyond his personal diet and fitness regimen Bezos has reportedly also invested in anti-aging research company Altos Labs.
