Hollyoaks spoilers follow.
Hollyoaks has cast actor Ryan Pope in an upcoming storyline involving Norma Crow.
The Velvet Goldmine and A Field in England star's character walks free after serving time in prison for protecting Norma over an old crime. Out on a revenge quest, Terry is determined to get his due.
Norma isn't thrilled to see her old pal and immediately gives him money hoping he will disappear and never return.
Their conversation makes Jack Osborne (Jimmy McKenna) suspicious. As soon as he hears Terry's name, the former policeman is concerned over Norma's acquaintance and decides to keep a close eye on them.
It turns out that Jack was among those who put Terry behind bars years prior. When he intervenes to tell the criminal off, things go awry.
Despite Jack trying to help out, Terry continues blackmailing Norma, demanding more money in exchange for keeping quiet.
With only 24 hours to comply, Norma opens up to her son Warren Fox (Jamie Lomas), who isn't onboard with paying the blackmailer off. He thinks Terry will only ask for more if she agrees now and is ready to take the situation into his own hands.
Later on, however, the baddie announces he's had a change of heart and has paid off Terry himself. Will Warren's actions be enough to send Terry away?
Hollyoaks streams first online via Channel 4, with new episodes dropping each weekday morning. The show airs Mondays to Fridays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, and at 7pm on E4.
