Gwyneth Paltrow is the latest celebrity to share a glimpse at her life behind the scenes during the coronavirus lockdown.

She shared a rare photo of her with her children, Apple, 15, and Moses, 14, on Instagram describing them as “moral support” as she worked from home.

Restrictions to stop the spread of COVID-19 have been put in place across the US, leading to many celebrities sharing sneak peeks into their home life in lieu of their usual glamorous photos.

Paltrow doesn’t often share photos of her children, who she shares with ex-husband, Chris Martin.

The photo came just after Paltrow joked that she’d “been in this film before” about the coronavirus. It was in reference to her 2011 film, Contagion, which has found its way back into the film charts for the first time in a long time.

The film, which is about a virus pandemic, shares similarities with the current situation the world is facing with COVID-19.

The actress and founder of controversial lifestyle brand, Goop, isn’t the only one to share her life in quarantine with us via social media.

Despite this, the pair are in quarantine alongside their children for the foreseeable future.

Moore captioned her Instagram snap to say “family bonding” which included the whole family plus dogs.

Her daughter, Tallulah, 26, used Instagram to confirm the family’s decision to quarantine together saying they had “been together for 27 days taking every precaution.”
