The Vegas Golden Knights are going to be without forward William Karlsson for the first time in franchise history.
Karlsson, 27, will be out of the lineup for a significant amount of time with an upper-body injury, officially listed as week-to-week.

No further details about the forward’s injury has been released by the team.
The Golden Knights face the Ottawa Senators on Thursday and will have new head coach Peter DeBoer making his debut behind the bench.
Karlsson has scored 10 goals and 34 points through 49 games this season.
