Georgia and Missouri coaches get into heated scuffle before halftime

Emotions were high in Georgia’s matchup with Missouri on Saturday. It’s common to see players getting a little heated and up in each other’s faces but this time, it was the coaches who got into a scuffle before halftime.

Here are a pair of videos of the incident:

Kent Davison, Georgia’s director of basketball operations, and Missouri assistant coach Steve Shields seemed to be at the center of it and both had to be held back by other members of the coaching staff and players.

Davison and Shields were both issued technical fouls and each team started the second half with a team foul.

At the half, Missouri led 26-20.
