Genoa president Alberto Zangrillo speaks ahead of Roma showdown: “They are tough, we are banged up.”
Genoa president Alberto Zangrillo spoke a few days ahead of the match with Roma at the Marassi.
Exiting today’s Assembly of Lega Serie A, Zangrillo stopped to take questions from the media.
“This year is very difficult, we have half the team injured and the importance of the group will be fundamental,” said the Italian chairman.
“Roma is a very tough team that is trying to find its balance and we are trying to confirm ourselves.”
“We have a lot of ailments in defense, we banged up, but Gilardino has shown that with the group they can patch things up.”
