Fort Worth gas station employee shot as 23 rounds are fired outside store, police say
A 30-year-old east Fort Worth gas station employee was shot late Tuesday as people fired a gun or guns in a parking lot, police said.
The man suffered injuries that are not life-threatening and he was taken to a hospital, Fort Worth police said.
The victim was shot about 11:30 p.m. as 23 rounds were fired outside the Valero gas station in the 13900 block of Trinity Boulevard, according to a police report.
The employee was struck by a round that went through a window of the store, police said.
People involved in the shooting left the scene. Police did not announce an arrest.
