Former Wild Forward Suspended Five Games
Former Minnesota Wild forward Ryan Reaves was suspended by the NHL for five games after his hit on Edmonton Oilers defenseman Darnell Nurse.

Reaves, 37, was given a five-game suspension by the league and a $35,156.25 fine. The money goes to the Players’ Emergency Assistance Fund.
The 6-foor-2 forward spent one season in Minnesota. He recorded five goals, 15 points, 152 hits, and 31 penalty mintues.
