Former England midfielder Ross Barkley will be without a club at the end of the month after being deemed surplus to requirements at Ligue 1 outfit Nice.
Barkley's contract with Nice expires at the end of the month after leaving Chelsea to sign a one-year-deal with the French side 12 months ago.
The former Everton and Blues midfielder netted four times and provided two assists in 28 matches during his time in France.
Meanwhile, Arsenal winger will return to Arsenal following his year-long loan spell alongside Barkley at Nice. Full-back Joe Bryan will also return to Premier League side Fulham when his one-season loan agreement finishes.
