FCSB warm up for Ibrox with fifth straight win
FCSB prepared for Thursday's Europa League visit to Ibrox with a 2-0 win away to Dinamo Bucharest, their fifth consecutive victory stretching their unbeaten run to 10 games.
The victory for the reigning champions lifted the side previously known as Steau Bucharest above their hosts into fifth place in Liga I, seven points behind Universitatea Cluj.
Head coach Elias Charalambous rotated his squad by making five changes from the side that defeated Buzau 3-2 last time out.
Romania striker George Birligia marked his return to the starting line-up by putting FCSB ahead after 26 minutes - his fourth goal in six games since joining from CFR Cluj.
However, it was not until three minutes into stoppage time that substitute winger Alexandru Musi, the summer arrival from Petrolul, secured the points.
