Emily Ratajkowski just dropped her latest swimwear collection, and she’s here with a ton of photos and videos of herself on Instagram modeling a slew of bikinis.

There’s EmRata showing off her toned booty on a beach while modeling a thong bikini; Emily adjusting that bikini in the mirror while flashing her six-pack abs; pulling down her boy shorts on a beach as she shows off her sculpted legs; followed by the same suits in different colors at various angles.

Emily followed that post up with a ton of shots of herself in a cool black string bikini, looking seriously sculpted all over.

OK, so what’s Emily doing to do look so fit? She previously told InStyle that she likes Strong by Zumba classes, which are dance-based workouts. (FYI: she’s a spokesperson for the brand). “You just feel like you're, you know, Superwoman really pushing herself,” she said. “You end up working harder and it's a better, more intense workout, without even noticing.”

That’s good for the 31-year-old model, who said she really likes to work out with a buddy. “I'm one of those people who, if I go to the gym by myself, there's a 50/50 chance of me actually working out and really pushing myself,” she shared. “The class environment works really, really well for me.”

On the food front, Emily has shared little snippets of what she’s into. According to Vogue, she usually starts her day with granola, yogurt, or toast, followed by lean meat and greens, per Harper’s Bazaar. If she’s not working, she likes to cook at home. “I cook a lot, so that really helps,” she told Elle.

EmRata swears she eats well. After sharing an Instagram video of herself walking down the street in butt-baring chaps, Halsey wrote, “ma the CHEEKS what’s the routine 📝.” Emily’s response: “Just eating good! skipping no meals! Happy girl. 😊😂.”
