Dungannon Swifts players involved in road crash

Four Dungannon Swifts players have been involved in a road traffic crash on the way to Saturday's home Irish Premiership game against Ballymena United.

The match will go ahead with Dungannon saying that they would give a "further update later after the game".

"We wish the four boys a full and speedy recovery," said the Swifts on their X social media channel.

Club officials later told reporters attending Saturday's game that no further details would be provided until manager Rodney McAree speaks to the media after the game.
