At Queen Elizabeth’s first garden party of 2017, the royal family — including the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Princess Beatrice, and more — were among some of the 8,000 guests dressed pastels and morning jackets on the grounds of Buckingham Palace.

Kate Middleton, always a standout even in a large crowd, opted for a powder blue satin jacket with a matching fascinator (that also happened to match her husband’s vest) for the Tuesday afternoon event.

The Duchess recycled the icy blue Christopher Kane piece that had previously worn publicly twice before. She first wore the pastel look to the 2012 Olympics Opening Ceremony, re-wearing it again in 2014. She also chose a matching hat by favorite milliner Lock & Co. and finished the ensemble off with nude Gianvito Rossi heels.

Socializing at the event, the Duchess reportedly revealed to a fellow attendee that she’s anxious about her sister Pippa Middleton’s wedding on Saturday.

While the mother of two supposedly admitted that she’s “really looking forward” to the nuptials, she’s also “a bit worried about how her children might behave,” the source told the Daily Mail. “She said she was hopeful that they would be good but you never know at that age.”

Three-year-old Prince George is set to be a page boy at the high-profile wedding with two-year-old Princess Charlotte taking on the role of flower girl.

Preparations for Pippa Middleton’s wedding are well underway with a $130,000 glass palace being erected for the big day.

The Duchess will not be a bridesmaid reportedly due to fears of Kate outshining her younger sister. Instead, she is expected to read at the small church ceremony.
