Drake honours Humboldt Broncos at Raptors' Game 1 vs. Wizards
The horrific accident just over a week ago involving the Humboldt Broncos team bus has sent shockwaves across Canada as the country collectively mourns the loss of 16 young lives.
As tributes to Humboldt continue to pour in, Drake used his courtside seats at the Raptors playoff series opener against the Washington Wizards to honour the Broncos on Saturday night.

Rocking a white, green and yellow Broncos sweater, Drake tapped his chest, kissed his hand and pointed to the sky as he was featured on the big screen at the Air Canada Centre.

From #SticksOutForHumboldt to #JerseysForHumboldt to the Go Fund Me page — which has to this point raised more than $11 million for grieving families and survivors — Canadians are doing everything they can to support the community of Humboldt.
Drake’s gesture during Game 1, as you would expect, was well received by his fellow Canadians and those around the sports world.
