Doveri set to officiate Lazio clash

The refereeing team has been confirmed

Daniele Doveri has been appointed the referee for Udinese’s home clash with Lazio at 18:30 CEST on Saturday at Bluenergy Stadium.

The 46-year-old official is among the most experienced in the division, having refereed 228 Serie A fixtures in his career.

It will be Doveri’s first game of the season, with his previous match Udinese’s trip to Frosinone on the final day of last season.

During his career, Doveri has refereed 23 Udinese games, with the team winning six, drawing nine and losing eight.

He has never previously officiated a game involving Lazio.
