How does Walker maintain his fitness?
Manchester City right-back Kyle Walker says he still backs himself to be the quickest at the club, despite being 34 years old.
Speaking on the Monday Night Club on BBC Radio 5 Live, Walker discussed how he keeps physically fit and maintains his speed: "It is down to genetics and something I have been blessed with by my mum and dad. But I still do a lot of work in the gym.
"I tend to not to do too much weights because I just balloon, but I maintain my body and legs as much as possible. They are my tools!
"You can manage it now in training sessions because when you are running you can grab the younger ones and say 'stay with me'. You have to use your experience but I do still try to keep up with them [the younger players] as much as possible.
"I still back myself that I am the quickest at the club."
