Dancing on Ice star joins cast of Take That musical
Regan Gascoigne, singer and actor, winner of Dancing on Ice 2022, and son of Paul Gascoigne, has landed a role in the Take That musical.
Greatest Days, the official musical featuring the songs of Gary Barlow and chums (that was formerly called The Band), is going on a UK and Ireland tour in May, tying in with the release of the big-screen adaptation.
Gascoigne's involvement comes as part of a bumper casting announcement, which includes many actors with previous theatre credits, including Holly Ashton (Footloose), Kalifa Burton and Archie Durrant (Matilda), Keith Henderson (Shrek the Musical), Karen Holmes (Grease), Christopher D. Hunt (Waitress), Evangeline Jarvis-Jones (The Sound of Music) and Alexanda O’Reilly (Mamma Mia!), to name just a few.

These actors join the previously announced duo of Kym Marsh and her daughter Emilie Cunliffe. They are playing two versions of the same character, Rachel, as the show follows five girls in 1990s, as well as in more modern times, where the group reunites to see Take That one last time.
Greatest Days has been written by Kinky Boots' Tim Firth, with choreography from S Club 8's Aaron Renfree, and features 15 songs from across Take That's career.
