Yahoo Sports 📺 Cristiano Ronaldo smashes YouTube subscriber record in just 12 hours
On Wednesday we reported that Cristiano Ronaldo had dipped his toe into the YouTube pool, setting up an official account around mid-afternoon.
Well just over 12 hours later, it’s been confirmed that the Ballon d’Or winner has completely smashed a record set by Mr Beast for the most amount of subscribers in a single day.
The @cristiano channel needed half a day to reach 10m subs, that’s 131 fewer than it took Mr Beast to reach the same number.
And at the time of writing, that number has risen even more to 17m.
