Cristiano Ronaldo may be 37 but he still finished with 18 goals in the Premier League and 24 overall for 2021/22. With rumours of the icon wanting to leave Manchester United for a second time, he is not short of offers.

Ronaldo has been linked with clubs from all around the world, including Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain and former sides Sporting Lisbon and Real Madrid.

It is believed that his agent Jorge Mendes met up with Chelsea's new co-owner Todd Boehly about a potential move to Stamford Bridge.

One team he won't be joining though is David Beckham's Inter Miami. The former England captain has reached out to CR7 about the opportunity to play under Phil Neville but according to a source, Ronaldo has not even contemplated a move to America.

A source told the Manchester Evening News: "Cristiano is not for sale. We want and fully expect him to be with us next season."

While Ronaldo's Man Utd future is still unclear - despite Erik ten Hag stating he is in his plans for next season - the Portugal legend did speak in an interview with the club and expressed how 'happy' he was. "I was happy, of course, to be back in a club that really raised my career, so it was unbelievable, the feeling when I came back again. It was nice to feel the supporters - the happiness of them was great. "I was and still am very happy to be here, and what I have to say to the fans is they are amazing. Even when we lost games, they always support us, they always are with us. "The supporters are always in my heart and it's the people that we all should respect because they are always on our side. "For me, the most important thing is to try to win the games and try to win some championship or some cup, but I believe that Manchester will be where they belong. As I say before, sometimes it takes time but I still believe."
