Sliders may be small, but they make a mighty impression. The bite-sized sandwiches are a crowd-pleasing party favorite. However, while the classic burger variety may be delicious, its potential spans beyond the traditional recipe. From buttery French dip sliders to savory breakfast sliders, here are five fun slider recipes that will be the main attraction at your next party!

1. Meatball sliders

This recipe involves rows of slider buns filled with meatballs and marinara sauce. Spread garlic butter on the edges of the buns before topping them with parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Once baked until golden, garnish the sliders with a sprinkling of cilantro.

2. French dip sliders

This recipe is a French twist on an American classic. Begin by sautéing chopped onions in butter, sugar, salt and pepper. Next, lay provolone cheese over the bottom half of the slider rolls, followed by roast beef, the sautéed onions and another layer of provolone. Brush the sliders with a mix of butter, Dijon mustard and everything but the bagel seasoning before baking. Serve them with au jus made from beef broth, Worcestershire sauce and minced garlic.

3. Pizza sliders

Pizza and sliders are a match made in party food heaven. First, spread marinara sauce on the bottom half of the buns. Next, add provolone and mozzarella cheese, followed by pepperoni, parmesan cheese and dried herbs. Place the top half of the rolls back on, and brush them with a mixture of mashed garlic, melted butter, fresh herbs and chili flakes. Bake until the cheese is melted and gooey. Then pull apart and enjoy!

4. Hawaiian roll breakfast sliders

Give your breakfast a boost with these sweet and savory sliders. This recipe features scrambled eggs topped with bacon, avocado and chipotle spread on a Hawaiian roll with egg wash and everything but the bagel seasoning. The finished product is a delicious medley of flavors between two crispy golden buns.

5. Shrimp cake sliders

These sliders are “shrimply” the best! Begin by mixing raw shrimp with eggs, lemon zest, chives, herbs and spices. Once combined, mold the ingredients into patty shapes before pan-frying them. Once cooked, top the sliders with lettuce, fried shrimp and aioli.
