Cleveland Monsters Sign Defenseman Grant Gabriele To A PTO

The Cleveland Monsters have announced that they have signed former Ohio State Buckeye defenseman Grant Gabriele to a professional tryout contract.

Gabriele played four years at Ohio State totaling 50 points.

He has some AHL experience as he has played for the Providence Bruins, Rochester Americans, and Hartford Wolf Pack. He has played 7 career games.

Gabriele has also played in the ECHL for the Maine Mariners and Toledo Walleye, where he has 12 goals and 43 ECHL points.

The Monsters currently have seven defensemen on the roster, including another PRO in Madison Bowey.
