We will share them here on the show. >> Lindsey: pro-palestinian protesters at the university of toronto are being told to clear out by 8 o'clock this morning or risk potential fines and arrests. >> Our lawyers tell us it is highly unlikely that the injunction will go through and they are prepareing a strong case to move forward. >> Protesters gave the university their counteroffer yesterday, but the two sides were not able to reach an agreement. The school says it will take all necessary legal steps including seeking an order from the ontario superior court of justice to dismantle the camp. It's the deadline approaches, they are getting their legal defence ready ahead of a possible injunction >> Everybody has the right to express themselves. There are some pillars and some history in the neighbourhood. >> Lindsey: at the university of ottawa, the statue of henry has been vandalized. He was a french-born catholic priest. His statue sits across from a pro-palestinian encampment at the school. The university has yet to comment. >> Search and rescue efforts have happening right now in rafah after idf attacks on a refugee camp sunday night. The palestine red crescent said many women and children have been killed. The idf says it will review the killings of civilians. This strike comes two days after the international court of justice ordered israel to immediately halt its military operation in rafah. Hamas fired rockets toward tel aviv over the weekend. The first long-range attacks since january. Hams says the attack was in response to the massacre of civilians >> A solidarity rally is expected to be held at a jewish school's elementary over the weekend. >> Is this a hate crime or a terrorist act? It is too early in the investigation to say whether it is or not. >> Lindsey: toronto police have increased their presence in certain neigbourhoods after this incident. This happened at an elementary school in north york early saturday morning. Police found evidence of gunfire includeing a bullet hole in the building. No injuries have been reported. >> Families are getting an early

warning about the danger of drownings during the summer months. On average, one child ends up in the emergency room every day during the summers from drownings or near drownings. Children between the ages of 1 and 4 are most at risk. The study was set to be officially released in september about one of the doctors involved. >>> Tomorrow for the first time ever, a question will be asked in an indigenous language inside the ontario legislature. Ndp deputy leader will rise from the chamber to ask the question. And when that happens, it will be the first time a question is asked, interpreted and transcribed in a language other than english and french in the legislature in ontario.
