It's unclear how long Weidman will be sidelined with his injury.

Chris Weidman stretchered off at UFC 261

Weidman's fight against Uriah Hall lasted just 17 seconds Saturday after Weidman broke his leg on his first kick of the contest. Weidman's right leg connected with Hall's shin. Weidman's bone snapped upon impact. A cast was put on Weidman's leg, and he had to be stretchered out of the Octagon.

After the fight ended, Hall said he felt bad for Weidman and that he owes him a rematch once Weidman can get back into the cage.
