Chris Smalling is ready to say goodbye to Roma.

After 4 years in the Italian capital, the Englishman is ready for a new adventure – this time in the Saudi Pro League.

According to Niccolò Schira, the English defender is one step away from an agreement with Al-Fayha and is therefore leaving the capital after five seasons.

Smalling will sign a contract until 2026: after the trip to Turin for the match against Juventus he should undergo medical visits with the Saudi Pro League club.

To replace him Roma are working on Mats Hummels.

Roma would be thus completing their defense with Mario Hermoso and Mats Hummels.
