This is a must-have bobblehead if you’re a bobblehead collector and college football fan.

Cal is giving away a bobblehead commemorating Marshawn Lynch’s golf cart ride vs. Washington in 2006.

Incredible. Here’s the video of what Lynch did to celebrate the win 10 years ago.

Lynch, who retired from the NFL this offseason, hopped in the cart to celebrate the Bears’ 31-24 overtime win over the Huskies. Lynch ran for 150 yards on 21 carries in that game and scored what was the winning touchdown on a 22-yard run.

In an oral history of the event from ESPN, then-Cal coach Jeff Tedford said he was told by Cal athletic director Sandy Barbour that a sequel to the celebration was off limits. Here’s what Pac-12 associate commissioner Jim Muldoon said about it from the conference’s perspective.

I thought it was very entertaining and very creative. I also thought from a game-management standpoint we shouldn’t be doing that. We had weekly calls during football and basketball seasons with our event managers, and we did talk about it there. We said, “Hey, we can’t do stuff like this.” But as far as anything official from the conference office, no. To the best of my recollection, we did not get involved at all because he really wasn’t violating any conference rules.

A first-round pick of the Buffalo Bills in the 2007 NFL draft, Lynch ran for 9,112 yards in nine seasons. In three seasons at Cal, he ran for 3,230 yards on 6.6 yards per carry.
