Fiona Brown says every game is a must-win for Glasgow City as they look to reclaim the SWPL title.
City came from behind to beat Montrose 5-1 on Sunday, despite going into half-time at 1-1.
"It was really important for us to come and get three points and we did that," she told club media.
"We were not at all happy with the scoreline in the first half but it is a hard place to travel and Montrose make it difficult.
"For a team sitting where they are in the league, all credit to them because they come out and press you high. They made it difficult for us but we were able to convert our chances in the second half.
"At Glasgow City it's expected that you win, there is a winning culture. Teams that do win have to go through games where it is difficult. It is not going to be plain sailing all the time.
"You treat every opponent with respect and treat every opponent the same. Every game is a big game and every game needs to be won. That is the position we are in, we need to be looking to get three points in every game but that is no different from the targets we set ourselves at the start of the season."
