Brock Schultz Commits To St. Thomas

Waterloo Black Hawks forward Brock Schultz has committed to St. Thomas, it was announced Monday.

A product of East Grand Forks, Minn., Schultz has appeared in 26 games for Waterloo this season, collecting three goals and eight assists for 11 points.

Before making the jump to the Black Hawks full time this season, Schultz split time between Waterloo and East Grand Forks High (USHS) in 2023-24. In 19 games with Waterloo, he registered three points while putting up 53 points in 28 games for East Grand Forks.

With Schultz set to make the jump to the NCAA in 2026, he should have the opportunity to earn a role with the Tommies. Although he only stands at 5-foot-8, Schultz has solid puck skills and can create opportunities for himself as he chooses.
