Bradly Nadeau Invited to Team Canada World Juniors Camp

Carolina Hurricanes forward Bradly Nadeau was one of 28 skaters invited to Team Canada's Selection Camp for the 2025 World Junior Championships.

The 19-year-old winger signed a three-year ELC with the Canes last season after one year with the University of Maine and now has five goals and nine points in 17 games with the Chicago Wolves of the AHL.

"I don't know how that's going to shake out, but I think it's a great opportunity for him," said Hurricanes coach Rod Brind'Amour. "You get to play with other players but at a high level within your age group. He's a young kid right now and it's tough playing in the AHL. It's men and they're all pros trying to get here. It's a tough, tough league, so it might be good for him too just with the confidence thing to experience that. I don't know exactly if he's going to do it, it's kind of out of my wheelhouse, but I would hope that if he gets the opportunity, he does it."

Team Canada's camp will run from Dec. 10-13 where players will try to earn a spot on the final roster.

The World Juniors will be held from Dec. 26 through Jan. 5 in Ottawa.
