There are some real treats in store for film fans on telly today as TopFilmTip brings you the best films on TV for Friday, 21 August. Sony Movies has fashion designer Tom Ford’s fantastic first two films on back-to-back, while Film4 has a plethora of treats all day long including a late night play of Michael Mann’s seminal crime flick Heat.

To celebrate the Freeview premiere of Tom Ford’s superb Nocturnal Animals, Sony Movies is hosting a Twitter watch-along as the film airs on @SonyMovieUK. Viewers can join in the conversation too by using the hashtags #SonyMoviesWatchParty and #NocturnalAnimals.
