Some fantasy football leagues are "redraft" only -- that is, the team you pick one year gets erased the next season.
But in keeper or dynasty leagues, you get to hang on to players year to year and there's strategy to that -- in most keeper leagues, you want to get as much value out of the players you hang on to as possible so you can surround them with stars.
You'll see keeper league rankings around the internet, but this is more about the players with that serious value after where they were drafted or picked up last season.
The preseason injury news isn't the best. But he's a star who probably was a late-round pick or free-agent pickup, and so he's an absolute must-keep.
2. RB Kyren Williams, Los Angeles Rams
Am I little worried about Blake Corum being there? Yes. Doesn't matter. Williams was a free-agent pickup last year and a borderline first-rounder this season.
3. RB De'Von Achane, Miami Dolphins
He's so explosive every time he touches the ball.
4. WR Nico Collins, Houston Texans
Do I care that Stefon Diggs is now on the roster? I do not. Collins will be a stud and was a sleeper last season.
5. RB Zamir White, Las Vegas Raiders
Worried about Alexander Mattison or Ameer Abdullah stealing carries? I'm not.
6. RB Tyjae Spears, Tennessee Titans
Tony Pollard is talented, but he wasn't THAT great last year. Keep Spears and watch him blossom when he gets carries.
7. RB Zack Moss, Cincinnati Bengals
Chase Brown is good, but Moss will get plenty of opportunities to carry the rock.
8. TE Trey McBride, Arizona Cardinals
Yes, you should absolutely keep one of the top tight ends.

The term "league-winner" is tossed around way too casually in fantasy football leagues, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't seek them out in drafts anyway.

“It’s never easy to predict the price at auction of a piece without any comps to consider, but that’s also what makes it the ideal auction piece,” said Chris Ivy, director of sports collectibles at Heritage Auctions.
