Bengals sign punter T.J. Conley

The Cincinnati Bengals announced that they've signed punter T.J. Conley.

Conley was last with the Jets in 2011 but was not in the NFL during the 2012 and 2013 seasons. In his lone season with New York, Conley posted a punting average of 42.7 yards, with a net average of 38.8.

This gives the Bengals three punters on their offseason roster, the other two being Quinn Sharp, labeled a kicker and punter, and Kevin Huber.

The Bengals signed punter Zoltan Mesko late in the 2013 season, though he never appeared in a game. Mesko is now an undrafted free agent.
