The Bears defeated the Carolina Panthers, 36-10, in dominant fashion, scoring 30 unanswered points at one point after falling behind 7-0. It was a team win as the offense and defense each did their part in the victory. Rookie quarterback Caleb Williams had his best game of his young career, completing 69% of his passes for 304 yards with a 126.1 passer rating, while connecting with receiver DJ Moore for two touchdowns. It's clear the rookie and veteran are finally hitting their stride.

Bears rookie Caleb Williams finally sets steady connection with DJ Moore

Since then, it's been nothing but smiles for the pair. In Week 5 against the Carolina Panthers, Moore led the Bears with 105 yards and two receiving touchdowns. The second of which just so happened to be the best of Williams five-game career — and a "dot" according to Moore. Seeing Moore so pumped afterwards gives Bears fans the hope they've been yearning for since the offseason.

Bears odds: Chicago opens as 'home' favorites vs. Jaguars in Week 6

You would think that the Bears would be bigger favorites as the "home" team. But considering this is a neutral site, it feels like Chicago would be closer to a 5.5-point favorite at Soldier Field. While both teams are coming off a win, the Bears have been rolling with their dominant defense, which has held opponents to 21 points or less in 11 consecutive games, and an offense that's finally hitting its stride.

For this division to be where the Bears reside, while trying to develop Caleb Williams, is tough, but it's their reality.
