Angry Jays fans take to Twitter after Red Sox trade for Chris Sale

It wouldn’t be the MLB offseason if the Red Sox weren’t making big moves.

After Boston had sent a handful of prospects to the Chicago White Sox for five-time all-star Chris Sale, Blue Jays fans quickly took to Twitter to vent their frustrations. The rich often get richer in the AL East, and with a starting rotation featuring Sale, David Price and newly-minted AL Cy Young winner Rick Porcello, Boston looks like the early favourite to win the pennant.

And here the Jays fans sit, anxiously awaiting some news that isn’t just another update on Edwin Encarnacion’s eventual departure.
