Amanda Bynes debuts apparent new face tattoo on Instagram

Amanda Bynes seemingly has a new face tattoo.

The former "All That" actress took to Instagram on Monday night to show off her new look, posting a selfie sitting on a couch, rocking pink hair, wearing a septum ring and showing off her apparent new face tattoo, which is a simple black outline of a heart on her cheek.

Bynes, 33, captioned the photo with an alien emoji, and she turned off the comments on the post.

The selfie was Bynes' second post of the month on Instagram, where she hadn't been active since September. The other was a selfie posted on December 3, where she had green hair.

ET reported that the "She's The Man" star checked herself out of a sober living facility she had been staying at earlier this month, citing a source who revealed that Bynes was now living with her parents as she looked for a place of her own in Los Angeles.

"She has a great relationship with them," the insider told ET. "She's always in touch with them."

The trio was spotted leaving a Ventura County courthouse together earlier this month, as well, after confirming with a judge that it was acceptable for Bynes to be living on her own.

The actress also reportedly dropped out of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, where she received her associate degree upon graduation in June. Bynes had returned to FIDM to take more classes to begin work on obtaining her bachelor's degree in fashion.

Bynes has had a series of ups and downs over the past five or so years, which she told Paper magazine last year were mostly due to her struggles with addiction.
