After it was reported earlier on Monday that Como and Kaiserslautern had agreed on a transfer fee for Ragnar Ache, the transfer has now fallen through.

This is according to a number of German publications, including Kicker and Bild.

According to Bild, the player and his management made financial demands that Como didn't want to accept.

The Italian club had previously made an offer of €8 million plus €2 million in bonuses, which was accepted by Kaiserslautern.

Ache's contract with the 2. Bundesliga club expires in 2026.
