Jenna Dewan is all abs in her latest photo on Instagram. The Step It Up alum posed in a chic matching workout set that showed off her strong core. Several of her dogs also made an appearance in her post, although this isn't anything new for Jenna, who shares photos of her pups frequently.
“Never not at least two dogs in a pic..,” she wrote in the caption.
Naturally, fellow dog lovers and fans were quick to react in the comment section. “The more dogs the merrier!❤️” wrote one user. “Gorgeous as always 😍,” added another. “CUTIESSS,” chimed a third.
While Jenna's dogs are adorable, you're probably wondering what she does to get so fit. Luckily, Jenna gave Women's Health a full breakdown of her regimen. For starters, Jenna is a pro dancer and loves connecting with her dancing roots to break a sweat.
When she's not dancing, she's often doing workouts along the same lines. She's a big fan of Pilates and has also shared the occasional pole dancing video on social media. Both are known for working the upper body and core, so it's no surprise to see Jenna absolutely killing it.
As for her diet, Jenna told WH she eats mostly vegetarian. For breakfast, she'll whip up a green smoothie with spinach, romaine, celery, apple, banana, cilantro, parsley, and lemon. And when she's not loading up on veggies in her smoothies, she'll prep what she calls a "Jenna Salad." The nutritious meal consists of avocado, broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and sauerkraut topped with a veggie burger.
