Dak Prescott threw for four touchdowns and ran for another on the ground to lead the Dallas Cowboys past the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 31-14 to close NFL wild-card weekend.

Dallas jumped out to a 24-0 lead by early in the third quarter, and Prescott finished with 305 yards passing. Tom Brady, meanwhile, threw for 351 yards and two touchdowns but a lot of it came after Dallas went ahead.

For much of the night, Brady and the Bucs' offense was stifled by the Cowboys' swarming defensive front. Not much went wrong for Dallas, at least outside of kicker Brett Maher becoming the first player since at least 1932 to miss four extra points in a single game.
