14 Atlantic Canadians headed to Parapan Am Games in Toronto

Canada's ParaPan Am team has been named and 14 Atlantic Canadians are headed to Toronto.

Among them, Ben Brown from Weston, Nova Scotia.

You might remember him from a news story last month. Brown loaned Ryan Shay, a friend and fellow Nova Scotia competitor, a spare wheelchair part so Shay could compete at the National Track and Field Championships in Edmonton.

Brown will race in the 100-metre sprint. Shay did not make the team despite posting a Parapan Am qualifying standard.
