    TORONTO — Canadian forward Ayo Akinola, who turned heads with a breakout performance for Toronto FC at the MLS is Back Tournament in 2020, has left his hometown club after agreeing to a mutual termination of his contract.     ROME — Canada's Leylah Fernandez made an early exit from the Italian Open on Tuesday with a 6-4, 6-1 first-round loss to Romanian veteran Ana Bogdan.
