Is Joel Embiid's Heat tweet cause for panic in Philadelphia?
Avert your eyes, 76ers fans.
Joel Embiid was watching the Heat collapse against the Celtics on Wednesday. He had thoughts.
Philadelphia's All-NBA center pondered on Twitter whether Boston's Game 5 win over Miami spelled the end of the East finals as the Celtics took a 3-2 series lead to secure a closeout game at home.
Is this series over or the Heat still got a chance?

No big deal. A reasonable question for the NBA Twitterverse.
It's his next tweet that's cause for consternation in Philadelphia.
Miami needs another Star

Miami needs another star, huh?
Embiid's a star. He has history with Jimmy Butler. What does this all mean?
Perhaps nothing. This is Joel "Troel" Embiid, after all.
Is there something here from Embiid?
But Butler and Embiid are tight. They played well together during Butler's pitstop in Philadelphia in 2018-19. After Miami eliminated Philadelphia in the East semifinals on May 12, Butler and Embiid shared a hug on the court. Butler then declared that "I love" Embiid and "I still wish that I was on his team."
Is the feeling mutual?
After that same playoff loss, Embiid lamented Butler's exit from Philadelphia, which the 76ers facilitated via a sign-and-trade to the Heat in 2019.
"I still don't know how we let him go."

“I’m happy for him,” Embiid told reporters. “I won’t sit here and say I didn’t wish he was my teammate. I still don’t know how we let him go. I wish I could’ve gone to battle with him still, but it is what it is."
Meanwhile, things aren't exactly going as planned in Philadelphia.
But Embiid wants you to know that you're "stupid" if you're making his tweet out to have a deeper meaning.
Ok y’all are stupid lmao😂😂😂😂

OK, Troel.
Embiid's an artist in basketball and Twitter trolling. This might well be his masterpiece.
