Werth's horse, Dornach, is 20-1 to win Saturday's Run for the Roses.
Back-to-back wins by Canadians have added a bit of maple flavour to the top of the PGA Tour Americas points list. Vancouver's Stuart Macdonald shot a 1-under 71 to finish 17-under overall for a two-stroke victory at the Diners Club Peru Open on Sunday and rocket up to third on the Fortinet Cup standings. He's 83 points back of No. 1 Matt Anderson of Hamilton, who won the 69th ECP Brazil Open on April 21. "When you get a win, and you get 500 points, it's a lot," Macdonald told The Canadian Press.
This year, THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson will be held at TPC Craig Ranch in McKinney, Texas, and now is affiliated with the great Byron Nelson. The field will be filled with previous winners as well as PGA TOUR rookies that call TPC Craig Ranch and the Dallas area home.
