    A Progressive Conservative has jumped out to big lead while another race is tighter as results come in for two byelections held in Ontario. Steve Pinsonneault has pulled in 56 per cent of the votes with more than half the polls reporting in the Tory stronghold of Lambton-Kent-Middlesex.
